Sometimes the way someone acts makes it difficult for us to deal with their complaint. Our policy on Unacceptable Actions explains what we do when this happens.

Complaints performance
We publish complaints performance information on a quarterly basis.
We publish an annual report after we have published all quarterly reports for the year.
