When behaviour makes it difficult for us to manage complaints

Sometimes the way someone acts makes it difficult for us to deal with their complaint. Our policy on Unacceptable Actions explains what we do when this happens.

LVJB Staff have been trained in customer care and are knowledgeable of the complaint’s procedure. You can download a copy of our Customer Care Policy and Complaints procedure below.

 

Complaints performance

We publish complaints performance information on a quarterly basis.
We publish an annual report after we have published all quarterly reports for the year.
